JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Digital Sales Representative (Sales I) at Dental Daddy, you will play a vital role in driving new business for our digital marketing services. You will reach out to dental practices to introduce our solutions, manage sales leads, and close deals. If you’re a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and an interest in digital marketing, this role is perfect for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals to understand their marketing needs.
  • Introduce our digital marketing solutions including SEO, website design, digital visibility, and reputation management.
  • Qualify leads through various channels including inbound inquiries and outbound efforts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like monday.com are a plus.

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 base salary + commission

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Digital Sales Representative (Sales II) at Dental Daddy will focus on developing strategies to secure large-scale dental practices and clinics. You will manage complex sales cycles, build deeper relationships with decision-makers, and focus on driving substantial revenue growth through our digital solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for high-value clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the dental industry.
  • Present complex digital marketing strategies and explain the benefits of services such as content creation, website design, and professional photography.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for digital marketing or healthcare services.
  • Proven track record of closing large deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies.

Territory Sales Manager (Sales III)

Location: Remote | Full-Time
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 base salary + commission + bonuses

As the Territory Sales Manager for Dental Daddy, you will oversee sales strategies within a defined geographic area, ensuring business growth and relationship development with dental clinics and dental groups. You’ll lead regional sales initiatives, manage a team, and play a key role in driving revenue and expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a sales strategy for your territory to expand market presence.
  • Manage a team of Digital Sales Representatives, providing coaching and guidance.
  • Build strong partnerships with dental offices and group practices.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role, preferably within digital marketing or dental services.
  • Ability to lead and manage a remote sales team.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Developer I (Dev I)

Location: Remote | Full-Time
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 base salary

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Developer I at Dental Daddy will focus on building, optimizing, and maintaining websites for our dental clients. You will work closely with the design and content teams to ensure that websites are not only visually appealing but also optimized for SEO and user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain responsive websites for dental practices using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO-friendly development practices.
  • Implement best practices for website performance, security, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and provide ongoing technical support.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2 years of experience in web development, ideally with WordPress.
  • Proficient in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Developer II (Dev II)

Location: Remote | Full-Time
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 base salary

As a Developer II at Dental Daddy, you’ll work on more complex development projects, such as custom website functionalities, API integrations, and advanced SEO strategies. This role is perfect for a seasoned developer who is ready to take ownership of high-level projects and lead the technical aspects of website development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development of custom website features, plugins, and API integrations.
  • Implement advanced SEO techniques to ensure our websites rank well in search engines.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest web development trends and best practices.\

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years of web development experience, including complex projects.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, and API development.
  • Experience with SEO optimization and technical SEO practices.
  • Ability to lead projects independently and mentor junior developers.
Technical SEO Strategist (SEO I)

Location: Remote | Full-Time
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 base salary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Technical SEO Strategist (SEO I), you will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical SEO issues, ensuring that our clients’ websites are fully optimized for search engines. You’ll work closely with the development and content teams to ensure that technical elements like website structure, code, and speed are aligned with SEO best practices. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the technical side of SEO and wants to take their skills to the next level in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct technical SEO audits for clients’ websites, identifying and fixing issues related to crawling, indexing, and ranking.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement on-site SEO improvements, such as optimizing website architecture, schema markup, site speed, mobile usability, and internal linking.
  • Monitor website performance and provide recommendations to improve site health and load times using tools like Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and GTmetrix.
  • Ensure websites are fully compliant with best practices for core web vitals, structured data, and mobile optimization.
  • Support the content team by providing recommendations for on-page SEO improvements, such as meta tags, header structures, and keyword optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry changes, including algorithm updates, and suggest proactive changes to keep our clients ahead of the competition.
  • Provide detailed technical SEO reports to clients, outlining key findings and recommendations.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical SEO or web development with an emphasis on SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture as it relates to SEO.
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
  • Basic knowledge of how server-side factors like HTTP status codes, redirects, and sitemaps impact SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
